My Role at Humana: Documentation for a Digital Health Platform

At Humana, I served as the lead technical writer for the Digital Health Platform (DHP), a cloud-based initiative supporting secure DevOps workflows, APIs, onboarding processes, and platform services. My work involved curating and maintaining a large-scale knowledge base of over 2,100 internal articles, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability for development and support teams across the organization. This included authoring new content, editing legacy material, and implementing article structure standards across the repository.

This spreadsheet contains the full article index I developed while managing documentation for Humana’s Digital Health Platform (DHP). It includes over 200 titles, subtitles, and table of contents entries organized by onboarding topics, initializer guides, deployment models, API usage, and secure DevOps workflows.

I created and maintained this knowledge base to support a 2,100+ article repository used across multiple developer and support teams.
