In this role, I authored instructor-led curriculum for Microsoft Certification Exam 70-059. The content I produced laid the groundwork for nationwide IT training delivery. This experience launched my career in technical writing. 

As a founding team member, I developed the first CompTIA A+ certification prep exams and co-created MeasureUp’s adaptive test engine. My content fueled industry-standard learning tools used by Microsoft, CompTIA, and MOUS programs. 

At Georgia Tech’s College of Computing, I collaborated on projects involving scientific data visualization and educational technology. My work supported research teams through clear, accessible documentation of complex systems. 

I began in IT support and evolved into documentation and analytics. I authored onboarding manuals, performance reports, and Tableau dashboards that improved clarity and decision-making for call center operations. 

At Solco, I created SOPs, regulatory documentation, and batch records in a cGMP environment. My work supported FDA compliance and ensured the clarity of manufacturing and packaging procedures. 

At Humana, I led the documentation effort for the Digital Health Platform (DHP), managing a 2,100+ article knowledge base. I structured onboarding guides, API usage docs, and secure DevOps workflows.
